We started the morning at the Ward Breakfast and Bike Parade. Lily took about 20 laps around the parking lot. Rosy made about a quarter of a lap and decided she was too tired and wanted to play with the kids instead. Smart girl. It was like 95 degrees at 9 am!

My friend Brooke invited us over to her parents house for a great BBQ and party. Unfortunately Erick had to work (homes do burn down on holidays too people) but we partied anyway and had a fun time, despite having to yank both girls out of the pool when they fell in (at separate times)
(swimming lessons start Monday...)
Another friend, Monica, invited us to her parent's house for a firework show that night. Her husband had won $200 worth of fireworks in a golf tournament and it was quite the show!
