I made the Rapunzel dress and Rosy was actually in a dragon suit but I thought she looked just like a chameleon!
Here is Flynn Rider complete with frying pan and Wanted poster in his satchel. I was Mother Gothel and somehow avoided all cameras! Mother knows best, listen to your Mumsie!
And Rosy's friend was dressed just like her! Only he really was a dragon...
