Dyeing eggs. Rosy thought the best approach was to just reach her hand in the cup and scoop them up! (Glad we did this outside)

Waiting for the Easter Bunny (Lily informed me we just had to leave him some carrots! Makes sense, we leave carrots and cookies for the reindeer and Santa...) and a mini candy egg hunt inside. This is one of my favorite memories from growing up. How did the Easter bunny get those eggs inside the lights in the stairwell? I remember one time there was a jellybean egg pinned inside the skylight! And he never forgot to put candy eggs under the rooster in the hallway or on the piano keys.

The Easter Egg Hunt (and when Rosy discovered that there were treats inside the eggs!)
The Volunteer Firefighters at Erick's station put on a hunt at the Erick's old highschool. We were lucky that Erick got to drive the fire engine over just in time to help find some eggs.

The clothes and accessories. I am a bit ashamed to admit this took me weeks of planning and sewing to complete!

But they are darling enough to make all the time worth it!

Another hunt and dinner with my two roommates! We are so lucky to all live here together! (and we have 6 girls between us!)

Love the Easter pics! You make the best clothes :)
It was the best Easter. I am glad we got to spend it together. :)
How darling!! You do it all don't you Megan! I'm impressed even if it did take weeks.. I could never pull that off in years! Very impressive!
You should never apologize for your creativity....it is who you are. And your cute little girls are all the better for it...and remember if you tried to buy that couture stuff in the store would cost a mint. ENJOY IT!!!
Oh I remember the days as a little one being so excited for the Easter Bunny! Great pic's and LOVE the beautiful dresses!
Love,

You went all out for Easter! It puts my little Easter baskets to shame. So is it just me, or are the dresses a little reminiscent of the bridesmaid dresses at your wedding? :)
